- Handling customer orders, process invoices, prepare documentation and customer transaction in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide customer service and inquiries via phone and emails and work closely with the Customer Service team.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date record.
- Support manager in daily operation and ad-hoc assignments for the Service Centre.
- The temporary position covers the period from Jan to Sep 2017.
- F7 or above.
- Minimum 2 years working experience.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese, and Mandarin is preferred.
- Strong skills with MS Word and Excel. Experience in using JDE ERP system is an asset.
- Independent, Initiative and a good team player.
