Customer Service Representative (Temporary Post)

Responsibilities :

  • Handling customer orders, process invoices, prepare documentation and customer transaction in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide customer service and inquiries via phone and emails and work closely with the Customer Service team.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date record.
  • Support manager in daily operation and ad-hoc assignments for the Service Centre.
  • The temporary position covers the period from Jan to Sep 2017.

Requirements :

  • F7 or above.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese, and Mandarin is preferred.
  • Strong skills with MS Word and Excel. Experience in using JDE ERP system is an asset.
  • Independent, Initiative and a good team player.
