Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end merchandising duties, including product sourcing, development, and bulk production

• Manage production timelines and order follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery

• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and factories to communicate order details effectively

• Assist in product development to meet quality standards and delivery schedules

• Negotiate pricing and source suppliers to fulfill requirements

• Build and maintain strong relationships with factories and customers

• Update and maintain all relevant product data

• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience

• Self-motivated, independent, hardworking. Good attitude with the enthusiasm to grow in their career

• Able to perform under pressure

• Team player and partner mindset when dealing with internal and external partners

• Strong in Production follow up and product development process in a fast-paced environment

• Strong, aggressive and strategic negotiation skills

•  Ability to build strong relationships with the team and communicate effectively with internal and external partners

• Good command in written and spoken of English, Mandarin and Cantonese

• Detail-oriented mindset and ability to maintain accuracy in order specifications and quality control

• Literate in all Microsoft programs

• Willingness to travel occasionally
