Responsibilities:
- Understand users’ requirements and customer’s feedback on using digital products
- Responsible for defining testing scenarios, test plans and test cases
- To define the acceptance criteria and prepare testing data
- Verify QA test results and record defects in systems
- Work with QA team lead to define testing scenarios, test plans and test cases and produce testing reports
- Work closely with different internal departments to resolve defects and improve the quality of deliverables
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
- At least 1 year work experience in application (web and mobile) testing
- Good knowledge in JIRA
- Good communication skill in both Cantonese and English
