Responsibilities:
- Perform general receptionist duties including greeting visitors, call forwarding and handling visitors' enquiries.
- Provide daily operations and administration support to the Administration Department.
- Handle courier services and managing distribution of incoming and outgoing mails with Office Assistant.
- Manage meeting room and ensure smooth operations of the receptionist counter.
- Handle incoming calls and enquiries in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with tea ladies to serve visitors.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years working experience in concierge / customer services / receptionist.
- Good command in both spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, energetic, and service oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
