Talent Acquisition Deputy Manager/ Manager (30-40K)(Bank)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with the bank's objectives
  • Source, attract, and recruit top talent for various roles within the banking sector
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make recommendations to hiring managers
  • Collaborate with HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
  • Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to streamline the hiring process
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, universities, and recruitment agencies
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of banking industry roles and requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
