Responsibilities

• Oversee production planning & process control

• Weekly travelling to China office and factories to monitor the work in progress

• Support the China factory team throughout production with any issues and technical problem solving

• Issue fabric & raw material purchase orders and follow up closely with suppliers to ensure on time delivery

• Check the stock inventory and update the raw material inventory report on the monthly basis

• Prepare product spec sheets and tech packs containing the paper patterns, fitting comments, fabric comb. sheets and original sample to support PP sample making

• Review and approve PP sample, prepare the bulk spec sheets, and follow thru the bulk production

• Assist QC inspection and final bulk approval (in-line and final)

• Assist Production and Merchandising Manager with Ad hoc projects

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• At least 6 years’ experience in high-end ladies’ wear production/merchandising supervisor role, working with Chinese & Asian factories

• A strong team player who is proactive, open-minded, energetic and passionate about fashion

• Process driven, methodical and highly organized

• Good communication skills to build relationship internally and externally at all levels

• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Good computer skills—Excel, Word, PPT
