Our client, a, is looking for a Admin Assistant to support their daily operation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily operations support to Field Services team and Call Centre
- Provide administrative support including quotation, delivery order, invoice and documents filing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall operational effectiveness
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Minimum 1 years operations support experience
- Proficiency in using MS Excel
- Able to work independently and follow up thoroughly on multiple tasks
- Proactive, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer first mindset, excellent customer handling skills and good team player
- Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English
