Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage the Managing Director's appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, presentations, and reports.
- Take accurate meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects and presentations.
- Prepare expense reports and manage invoices.
- Maintain confidential information and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
- Provide administrative support such as filing, copying, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
