Duties as Network Manager:

• Lead the team in providing operational network support
• Oversee the design, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure
• Serve as the tier 3 escalation point support for complex network issues that require advanced troubleshooting and resolution

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computing or related discipline
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive network engineering experience with 3 years managerial/team leader experience
• CCIE, HCIE is mandatory

Duties as Network Engineer:

• Monitor the network infrastructure and identify and troubleshoot network issues
• Provide 1st tier technical support for network-related issues
• Collaborate with 2nd tier technical support for issue escalation
   

Requirements:

• Higher diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a network engineer
• Professional Certifications such as CCNP/HCIP is mandatory
