Our Client:
Our client is an award-winning MNC and a revolutionary market leader and now is seeking a high-calibre individual to join their team in the Hong Kong office.
Job Duties:
- Gather and evaluate user requirements to develop functional specifications
- Collaborate with business users, vendors, and the internal IT team to ensure the successful execution of the project
- Conduct user acceptance testing, which includes test planning, execution, and defect management
- Initiate discussions and negotiate with users to achieve agreement on requirements, delivery timelines, and resource allocation
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in Business Analysis
- Experience in Business Analysis related to the implementation and launch of digital products and applications
- Familiarity with software development methodologies, particularly Agile Scrum
- Practical experience with JIRA, Magento, and SQL is advantageous
- Technical acumen and the ability to collaborate closely with technical and development teams
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
