Responsibilities

• Be able to follow up each step from product development, marketing and production

• Lead a small merchandising team to ensure effective sourcing and merchandising activities

• Oversees daily operations of product development and bulk production

• Good communication skills with factories, suppliers and customers; maintain good customer relationship to meet the different needs in a competitive way

• Self-motivated, hardworking, detailed mind and a good team player

• Good knowledge in using MS office, excel both English and Chinese

• Good command of speaking and writing English and Mandarin

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• 10 years or above experience in garment industry; specially in sportwear, teamwear in UK / European market

• Knowledge in raw material sourcing, styling & development

• Independent, detail-oriented, good communication & negotiation skills

• Proficiency in PC operation (MS Excel, Word & Chinese processing)

• Hardworking, energetic, flexible and time management

• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Willing to travel in China and overseas
