Responsibilities

• Collaborate with fabric mills, garment vendors and laboratories on material transaction documents and certifications

• Understand and support a traceable fingerprint from fiber, yarn, weaving/dyeing to finished fabric

• Establish data link across the supply chain to enhance end to end transparency

• Manage and lead traceability program in collaboration with key functions within the company and our suppliers to identify scope, risk and challenges, the information and data required to manage the risk, provide solutions and validate the outcome

• Ensure optimal traceability methodology to meet US regulatory and customer requirements

• Lead data analysis and ensure data integrity

• Develop, manage and drive the efficient filing and tracking system

• Work closely with senior management and stakeholders across functions to ensure the compliance to our baseline requirement and targets

• Monitor and report progress both internally and externally towards goals

• Support evolving sustainability projects

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum 3 years of experiences on textile/garment field, material traceability & sustainability or accounting are highly preferred

• Good knowledge in Global Textile Regulation & material certification (e.g GRS, BCI, Oekotex, Scope, Higg, Hot Button Report, etc) 

• Demonstrate interest in sustainability and good in data analysis

• Ability to understand and use data to make decisions and influence outcomes

• Well versed in written/spoken English and Mandarin

• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skill

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill

• A self-motivator, forward thinker
