Duities:

- Provide professional secretarial and administrative assistance to the CEO and sales team
- Coordinate and manage all meetings and strategic sessions, including preparing agendas, minutes, briefing papers, reports, and presentations
- Handle internal and external correspondence independently and confidentially, demonstrating maturity and strong interpersonal skills
- Arrange domestic and international travel including flights, accommodation, transportation, and ground arrangements
- Oversee VIP programmes, hospitality arrangements, accreditation, and guest relations to enhance the event experience
Requirments:

- Degree in business related with general secretarial training is an advantage
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting Senior Executives
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Extensive computer literacy, including MS Office Suite and related tools
- Highly organised, proactive, with exceptional multitasking capabilities
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Friendly, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities effectively
- Willing to travel is preferred
