Duities:

- Oversee daily logistics activities across key stages (Leg 1, Leg 2, and Leg 3) to ensure efficiency and compliance with SLAs established with major clients.

- Promptly address operational issues arising from both local and overseas hubs to minimize disruptions.

- Provide proactive and actionable recommendations to enhance processes and achieve operational excellence.

- Represent the company and its brand in regular review meetings with customers to build strong relationships based on quality service and sustainable operations.

- Maintain robust communication channels with key accounts and vendors.

- Leverage data analytics to guide decision-making and identify areas for improving operational and supply chain efficiency.

- Monitor financial performance and manage data exchanges related to billing and service penalties.

- Assist in preparing billing reports and implementing projects for key accounts.

- Ensure seamless integration and transition of new projects into existing operations.

- Demonstrate high levels of responsibility and professionalism.

- Proactively take on additional responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.

Requirments:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.

- 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in e-commerce logistics, with a proven track record in operations management across core stages (Leg 1, Leg 2, and Leg 3).

- Strong knowledge of e-commerce logistics, freight forwarding, and courier services.

- Excellent numerical, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI).

- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently under pressure.

- Immediate availability preferred.
