- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Identify and pursue new customer opportunities, focusing primarily on the Hong Kong and China markets.
- Recognize business opportunities and implement sales strategies to enter these markets.
- Collaborate with international offices to execute regional customer initiatives and business plans that drive sales growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitiveness to create accurate sales forecasts and strategies.
- Conduct market research and prepare analysis reports for management.
- Foster strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and partnering with them effectively.

Requirments:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, e-commerce, or a related field.
- 4 to 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably within the e-commerce or logistics sectors.
- Familiarity with the business landscape and culture in China is a significant advantage.
- Strong leadership skills to drive business performance.
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and goal-oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
