Responsibilities

• Drive the production process to ensure maximum effectiveness is obtained and to ensure the production of quality products with on-time delivery

• Liaise closely with corporate to ensure optimal utilization of manufacturing capacities

• Implementing and aligning with the company strategies and developing long term goals and objectives

• Oversee and manage daily production operations, P&L and budgeting

• Good knowledge in production processes and ability to execute prompt reaction

• Drive and review the planning for production equipment’s upgrade and maintenance

• Overview to the offshore operations including but not limited to factory production, merchandising, quality assurance, industrial engineering, planning and financial reports

• Monitor the manufacturing cost, including analyzing, controlling, reporting, and making recommendations to the Top Management

• Provide leadership, motivation and guidance from top to down through clear visions and continued improvements to existing practices

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum 10 years related experience in apparel manufacturing industry with at least 6 years in managerial level

• With IE background would be an advantage

• Possess strong leadership and sound problem solving techniques

• With excellent managerial skills, able to assign job duties to appropriate staff

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and good command of written and spoken English

• Proficient in Mandarin will be an advantage

• Frequent travels to China, Phnom Penh and Hanoi is required
