Responsibilities

• Follow up on customer orders and inquiries

• Coordinate with manufacturing to ensure timely delivery

• Communicate with international customers regarding product details, quotations, and order status

• Assist in expanding our market reach, particularly in China

• Maintain good customer relationships

• Support sales activities as needed

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Experience or knowledge in sales (preferred)

• Exposure to the jewelry industry is a plus

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to coordinate and follow up diligently

• Familiarity with international markets is a plus

• Willing to learn and adapt

• Proactive and responsible attitude
