Client Service Assistant (Ref# 066336)

Responsibilities

  • Support the Client Service Team in carrying out daily operational and administrative duties in a smooth and effective manner

  • Clerical support in the CRM systems 

  • Assist to prepare quotations and receiving/releasing/transportation of goods, visual check reporting, preparation of work order for operations, and subsequently billing

  • Ensure that the feedback from client, related operational issues are disseminated timely to the team-members and track for improvements. Timely flagging of issues to management

  • Develop and maintain excellent business relationship with clients

  • To coordinate and follow up across teams to ensure proper execution of documentation and workflow according to Standard Operation Procedures

  • Ad-hoc duties as and when required


Requirements

  • DSE / Form 5 or above

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service role

  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing

  • Proficient in data/information management skills

  • Willing to learn and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Responsible, reliable with positive working attitude.  A team player

  • Immediate available is preferable

  • Fresh graduate / less experience will be considerate
