Responsibilities
Support the Client Service Team in carrying out daily operational and administrative duties in a smooth and effective manner
Clerical support in the CRM systems
Assist to prepare quotations and receiving/releasing/transportation of goods, visual check reporting, preparation of work order for operations, and subsequently billing
Ensure that the feedback from client, related operational issues are disseminated timely to the team-members and track for improvements. Timely flagging of issues to management
Develop and maintain excellent business relationship with clients
To coordinate and follow up across teams to ensure proper execution of documentation and workflow according to Standard Operation Procedures
Ad-hoc duties as and when required
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service role
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
Proficient in data/information management skills
Willing to learn and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Responsible, reliable with positive working attitude. A team player
Immediate available is preferable
Fresh graduate / less experience will be considerate
