Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to the merchandising team, guiding problem-solving on production, quality or sourcing issues through proactive and cost-effective solutions

• Oversee the entire merchandising process from product development to production follow-up and final delivery

• Ensure product and material quality standards are consistently met or exceeded, both internally and across vendor networks

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum 12 years of experience in apparel merchandising

• Deep understanding of woven and knit high fashion and fashionable wear

• Experienced in serving US customers

• Exceptional leadership, negotiation and problem-solving abilities

• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English

• Willingness to travel as required
