Trading Clerk (在職培訓/ FULL Benefits/ 5天工作/Work-life balance)

職責:

  • 負責辦公室行政事務

  • 處理電話和留言

  • 維護檔案系統和中文電子郵件

  • 為團隊提供文書支援


要求:

  • 中五程度或以上

  • 流利粵語,普通英語

  • 熟練使用 MS Office 和中文打字

  • 歡迎應屆畢業生或經驗較少者

  • 可即時上班者優先

Duties:

  • Manage office admin work

  • Answer phone calls and take messages

  • Organize files and handle emails in Chinese

  • Provide clerical support to the team


Requirements:

  • Fluent in Cantonese, average English

  • Involvement in clubs/activities will be a plus

  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese typing

  • Entry-level or fresh graduates are welcome

  • Immediate start preferred
