Job Descriptions:
Provide daily operation work, data entry, general office administrative duties & HR support to the company
Assist managers on project related administrative works
Provide document support to the Directors
Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma holder in any discipline
At least one year working experience in administration work
Knowledge in PC operations and familiar with MS Office
Detail oriented, well organized and willing to learn
Proactive, self-motivated, able to work independently and work under pressure
Good command of both English and Chinese writing
Fresh graduated / Part-time are also welcomed
