Job Duties:
Responsible for account servicing & business development, project management from budgeting, Client & Contractor coordination, production implementation, on-site set-up and dismantle supervision
To supervise and manage the production of projects, e.g. monitor and QC production progress in China or overseas contractors etc.
To liaise with sub-contractors, vendors, production team and design team for project preparation
Relevant experience in pop up stores and events of luxury brands
Requirements:
5+ years solid experience in exhibition or interior field
Proficient knowledge in the Use of material and finishing, structure and construction, supervise technical drawing, Structural Report and Fireload Report, Electrical Plan and other related reports
Able to handle clients, sub-contractors and vendor independently
High-degree of organization and stake-holder communication
Presentable, proactive, self-initiative, independent, patient, multi-task skills and able to work overnight & under pressure
Travelling to China and overseas is required
Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Production Manager / Senior Project Executive
