Job Descriptions:

• Handle full set of accounting duties and month-end closing

• Prepare monthly financial reports and general accounting duties such as Banking, AP & AR, preparing monthly statement, office payment, managing account records and report, data entry, filing, cost control, invoicing…etc

• Prepare, review and manage project invoices & filing

• Support annual audit and year-end closing process

• Assist ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines

• At least 3 years of solid full set accounting experience

• Knowledge in PC operations and familiar with MS Office and accounting softwares

• Detail oriented, well organized and willing to learn

• Proactive, self-motivated, able to work independently and work under pressure

• Good command of both English and Chinese writing
