Job Requirements
Higher Diploma or above in any discipline
At least 2 years of working experience in related discipline
Good command of English, and Chinese (additional language is advantage)
Proficient in MS Office, ERP, and systematic documents processing
Good problem solving, analytical skill, self-motivated, committed and able to work under pressure
Good communication and interpersonal skills, presentable, outgoing and team player
Immediate availability is high preferable
Job Responsibilities
Manage & assist global sales activities
Sales coordination with various internal and external parties
Prepare Sales & Admin documents (e.g quotation, proposal, invoice, delivery notes etc.)
Engage and maintain good customers relations and customer service
Prepare, analysis and maintain good accuracy of sales reports and related documents
Participate different marketing projects and activities, including support in events and exhibition
Provide and maintain house keeping administrative support to sales team
Assist business and other ad hoc projects as assigned
