What will you do?
Assist in providing quality property management services in a landmark residential/ commercial property
Manage good relationship with residents/ tenants; communicate and handle enquiries & requests in a professional manner
Assist to manage the performance of contractors to provide quality security & cleaning services
Liaise with internal and external parties to provide smooth operation in daily management
Attend regular meetings, prepare general daily reports and administrative duties
Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Do you have a right profile?
Holder of Degree or Diploma in Property Management or related disciplines
At least 2 years of relevant experiences
Presentable, independent, with excellent communication skills is definitely an asset
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, good command of Putonghua is preferred
Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Property Assistant
