Summary:

Our client is a semi-governmental organization, and to cope with the enhancement project of SAP FICO modules (SAP HANA S4) they are looking for a System Analyst/ Business Analyst.

Reports into Application Manager, the ideal candidate should have 5+ years' experience in SAP FICO modules and at ease with engaging directly with business users that sits under Finance & Accounting team.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and evaluate business requirements and current systems
Design new system's specifications and prepare documents (i.e. RFP/ RFQ, business & technical specs, design diagram, system workflow, etc.)
Create project plans and milestones to manage timeline, resources, budget, project scopes and mechanism for keeping track of bugs/ changes
Manage and collaborate with external vendors throughout end-to-end project cycle
Develop test plans and assist in UAT
Provide training to educate users to ease with new system adoption

Requirements:

Holder of Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
With 5+ years' work experience in SAP FICO (FI/CO) modules
At least 3 years' experience in project implementation
Familiar with system integration and migration
Good interpersonal and business stakeholder management skills
Good command of language skills in English and Chinese
