Broker operation and Admin officer
Responsibilities
- Provide admin support to the team for major corporate account
- Provide post-sale services to manage the cases and meet the policy requirements and client expectations
- Laison with insurance partner for the admin and operation matter
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience in insurance.
- Detail-oriented and familiar with the High-net-worth market.
- Solid compliance knowledge and regulatory practice.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, Cantonese.
