Our client is an international lifestyle brand with retail stores globally.

Responsibilities:

Build relationships with new customers and VIP clientele
Achieve individual objectives and contribute to the achievement of store objectives
Identify customer’s needs and providing professional products suggestions to achieve sales targets
Ensure the achievement of business targets, KPIs and operation efficiency
Proactively take possible actions to maintain a long term relationship with customers
Keep good stock management and merchandising display in shop
Monitor and review target stock level together with customer needs/buying trends, and advise the Shop Manager of any suggestions necessary to increase sales
Collect comments for analysis & reporting purposes and report to Shop Manager accordingly
