• Form 5 or Diploma or above

• At least 2-3 years relevant working experience

• Experience in Retail / Hotel / Property/ Catering Industry will be an advantage

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Good telephone manner

• Responsible and positive

• Self-motivated and well-organised

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Services Assistant
