Role Summary:

A multinational life insurance company is recruiting for an experienced Claims Manager for the rapidly growing business. You will need a sub-team and provide guidance, training and support to team members.



Your Responsibilities

* Supervise the life claims assessment process to ensure accurate claim settlements
* Handle complex claims cases, make decisions and recommendations as needed
* Develop strategies to improve process efficiency and customer satisfaction
* Analyse data to identify trends, issues, and room for improvement
* Prepare reports on claims performance to senior management
* Work with other stakeholders closely to resolve issues
* Ensure all compliance, regulatory requirements and internal policies are met

Your Requirements

* University degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Insurance or related discipline
* Minimum of 7 years relevant life insurance claims experience, with at least 3 years in managerial role
* Professional certifications e.g. FLMI are highly desirable
* Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
