Engage with guests to showcase our product offerings and brand initiatives
Organize and promote events and activities that encourage guest participation and community building
Serve as a point of contact , assist guest with inquiries and concerns, directing them to appropriate resources when necessary
Utilize social media and other platforms to enhance event visibility and encourage participation
Collect and analyse guests’ feedback to enhance overall satisfaction and services quality
Job Requirement:
Holder of diploma or equivalent with a least 1 year of experience in clubhouse/ hotel services
Familiar with scenic, heritage, daily life and activities with Shatin area
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people.
Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluent Mandarin is preferable
