Assistant Finance Manager, Sizable Listed Co, Own China Manufacturing

Our client is a sizable listed company with its China Manufacturing Plant offering stable working environment and attractive remuneration package. She is currently looking for a talent to join them.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in annual statutory audit and interim review
  • Review monthly consolidated financial information and prepare financial analysis
  • Conduct detailed review of financial inputs as provided by subsidiaries
  • Prepare management reports, presentations and provide business analysis to facilitate effective management decisions, operation and marketing supports
  • Coordinate with internal parties to resolve related legal, tax, financial and operational issues
  • Assist in other accounting / valuation / insurance / tax / treasury related matters
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned
Requirement:
  • Degree in Accounting or related disciplines
  • Professional qualification of CPA or equivalent is highly preferred but not essential
  • At least 3 years of audit experience in sizeable audit firms
  • Accounting and finance experience in manufacturing is an advantage but not essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent command in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Strong problem-solving, communication skills as well as a good team player with a proactive attitude and detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work multitask and prioritize important work
