• Build relationships with new customers and VIP clientele
• Achieve individual objectives and contribute to the achievement of store objectives
• Identify customer’s needs and providing professional products suggestions to achieve sales targets
• Ensure the achievement of business targets, KPIs and operation efficiency
• Proactively take possible actions to maintain a long term relationship with customers
• Keep good stock management and merchandising display in shop
• Monitor and review target stock level together with customer needs/buying trends, and advise the Shop Manager of any suggestions necessary to increase sales
• Collect comments for analysis & reporting purposes and report to Shop Manager accordingly

• Minimum 1 years of experience in retail business
• Diploma or above in any discipline
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both oral and written
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Driven and dynamic
• Passionate about people management

More experience will be considered as Assistant Store Manager/Sales Supervisor
