Detail

Duties:

Oversee property upkeep, building enhancements, and repair/renovation projects such as FS, MVAC, Electrical, and P&D systems.
Manage technical staff to conduct repair, maintenance, and renovation tasks.
Create detailed work specifications and tender documents.
Coordinate and supervise external contractors for maintenance and renovation purposes.
Ensure that all engineering works meet statutory regulations and standards.
Perform ad-hoc projects as and when required.

Requirments:

Diploma in Building Services/Surveying or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience in property/facilities management.
Possession of Registered Electrical Worker-Grade B license.
Practical experience in drafting technical specifications and managing tender processes for work contracts.
Capable of working autonomously with strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
Candidates with a steady employment history are strongly preferred.
