Our client is an integrated E&M consultancy firm. Their portfolio covers commercial, office, and hospitality fitting-out work projects across Hong Kong, PRC and Asia. They are hiring a Engineer to support their continuous project development.
Job responsibilities:
- Mainly assist in design work, project planning and operation of E&M system
- Coordinate with clients and contractors
- Prepare technical reports
- Monitor the performance and progress of project
- Manage budget, project management fee and expenses
Job requirements:
- Higher Diploma holder or above in Building Services Engineering or related discipline
- More than 3 years’ solid experience in building services work for Engineer position; 7 years' solid experience in building services work for Senior Engineer position is preferred
- Holder of professional qualification is preferred
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
- Able to work under pressure and independently
