Our client is a retail and property conglomerate with exciting new growth and acquisitions in the past few years. They would like to add one more headcount to their business analysis team to assist in their business development.
Responsibilities:
Provides a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support
Assisted the calendar management, filing system and meetings schedules and travel arrangement
Organize the meetings with internal and external parties
Prepare minutes and reports as required
Handle confidential information in a professional manner
Support hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above holder in any disciplines
Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience in secretarial or administrative field
Good in spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin) and English
Strong PC skills and MS Office applications, especially proficient in Chinese typing
Self-motivated, well-organized with can-do attitude
