We are looking for a Business Analyst (BA) to join Asia Retirement Technology team specialty in HK Pension and empf stream.
This position is responsible for defining and verifying user requirements, particularly in specialty of Mandatory Provident Funds, and to provide system application solutions to address business needs. Successful candidate will play a key role in a variety of Customer Experience Transformation initiatives, from soliciting and documenting requirements to working with other delivery stakeholders to ensure the most appropriate solution is designed and subsequently tested and delivered. The candidate will require a proven background and experience in this area to best represent the needs of the business to the delivery team and external providers.

Job description
- Take responsibility and support business leads for the collection, analysis, validation, and documentation of business users’ or stakeholder’s business needs and requirements.
- Work closely with delivery stakeholders to deliver system solutions that cover solution design, system implementation and Quality Assurance.
- Accountable for effective change management within projects that is ensuring change to business requirements are effectively managed to ensure minimal impact to projects.
- Provide operational support on user enquiry, analysis services and production problem diagnostic.
- Assist business leads in defining short and long term needs to determine business priorities and advise on options.
- Resolve conflicts and remove barriers within and across teams.
- Able to communicate effectively verbally and in written form to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Experience & Qualification
- Degree holder in information systems, business administration or related discipline.
- At least 4 years of experiences in business analysis.
