Key Responsibilities:

Translate business requirements into functional and comprehensive software applications
Maintain high code quality, organization, and automation standards
Perform maintenance, development, and enhancement of existing systems or new systems
Assist in preparing technical documentation and specifications
Manage any ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline
Solid experience in Java/J2EE, XML, JSON, Spring, Hibernate, Angular, Jasper Report, or RESTful API development
Familiarity with databases such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or MariaDB
Knowledge of platforms like AIX, WebSphere, JBoss EAP, MongoDB, or mobile app development will be an advantage
Minimum 2 years of post-qualification relevant experience
Experience in government projects would be beneficial
Self-learning programming skills are considered an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
Candidates with more experience may be considered for the role of System Analyst.
