Responsibilities:

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales and marketing strategies accordingly
Conduct market research and set pricing strategy
Assist and liaise with Marketing team in preparation of marketing materials including sales brochures and various marketing collaterals
Prepare sales scripts/factsheet and Q&As based on factual information obtained from Projects team, Authorized Person, and the consultant team
Handle enquiries from interested clients and property agents
Perform frontline and administrative duties at sales office / showflat
Oversee daily operations in relation to sales and marketing activities
Handle and assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

Degree holder in Business Administration, Real Estate or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years or above experience in related industries (preferably in property developer)
Self-driven, able to work proactively and independently
Strong in analysis, be sensitive in pricing and a good team player
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
For applying Manager grade, candidates must have some team leading experiences and must have around 6-7 years working experiences in total
