DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the daily operation
  • Work closely with team members to ensure excellent service is provided to customers
  • Monitor and oversee inventory, including food and beverage, supplies, wastage control and other restaurant equipment
  • Inspect food quality, hygiene and safety to ensure standards and sanitation regulations are in compliance
  • Maintain effective presence in the restaurant outlet, checking guest satisfaction and resolving food quality and service complaints
  • Participate in ad-hoc duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree holder in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in Japanese restaurant operations
  • With sound Japanese food & Wine knowledges
  • Highly motivated with innovative and creative mind
  • Computer literate and well-versed in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Positive attitude towards challenge, independent & ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent leadership skills and problem-solving skills
  • Good proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
