Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the team to provide full spectrum of Staff Relations functions;
Develop and implement staff relations strategies and programs that foster positive relationships and a harmonious work environment;
Plan and formulate the yearly plan of company events, ceremonies, welfare matters and activities as well as its implementation;
Maintain effective staff communication channels;
Manage and monitor the entire process of the GBA Internship Programme from entry to graduation;
Prepare management reports, statistics reports and analysis for management review;
Ensure the smooth and effective implementation of HR policies and procedures; and
Any ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as directed.

Requirements

Preferably Degree holder;
3 years or above supervisory experience preferably in HR field;
Strong sense of responsibilities, attention to details and able to perform multi-tasks;
Independent, flexible with good communication and interpersonal skills;
Diplomacy and professionalism in dealing with sensitive and confidential information;
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills;
Proficiency in MS Office application especially strong in Excel;
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and other HR-related regulations in Hong Kong; and
Knowledge or experience in SAP system is definitely an advantage.
