Duties:

• Input data into the database.

• Update data files in Excel.

• Prepare and coordinate delivery arrangements and documents with clients.

• Follow up on client instructions and provide stock availability and shipping info.

• Liaise with stores/warehouses regarding logistics.

Requirements:

• Excellent Excel skills are essential.

• Must be familiar with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.

• Ability to read simplified Chinese.

• Proficiency in PC operations, including fast and accurate Chinese input.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse and logistics;

• A stable working record will be a plus
