A Multinational Life Insurer in Hong Kong is recruiting for a seasoned High Net Worth Underwriter with a focus on medical, financial, compliance, and regulatory assessment. You will be part of the Global High Net Worth Underwriting team and have the opportunity to work with prestigious clients, leveraging innovative solutions to meet their unique needs while advancing your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Your Roles:

* Manage underwriting process within your authority and service level agreements
* Identify risks according to company standards and risk framework
* Provide guidance and development of other underwriters
* Ability to adapt to changing underwriting philosophy and apply new approaches
* Conduct research and presentation of potential solutions
* Communicate and collaborate with the local BUs and head office to provide the quality service to customers
* Make competitive offers according to underwriting policies and experience


Your requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree with at least 15 years of underwriting experience's expert knowledge and understanding of medical, non-medical and financial underwriting principles and practices
* In-depth knowledge of political, economic, financial and legislative change and insurance contract law and state legislative requirements
* Understanding of product pricing and reinsurance treaties and agreements
* Strong presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience in a reinsurance company, regional or group office exposure, will be highly preferred
* Open to oversea candidates (Relocation package will be provided)
