Our client, a well-funded group, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Butler to manage the family households and supervise the team. This is a unique opportunity for a professional with a strong background in household management to play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of a prestigious household.
Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of domestic helpers in dealing with household matters.
Manage interactions with chefs and monitor household catering.
Coordinate with drivers and other assistants according to the family's schedule.
Oversee all household matters, including renovation projects, orderings, maintenance, etc.
Liaise on family dinner/event arrangements.
Arrange and attend family gatherings/guest dinners.
Organize family travel plans and attend trips as required.
Manage and assist in operations for the boss' private social club.
Oversee the family's personal collection, including wine, art, etc.
Handle the family’s P&L (Profit and Loss).
Requirements:
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in household management, preferably stationed at the family's property.
Discrete, hardworking, smart, and trustworthy.
Well-mannered, well-organized, and detail-minded.
Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Able to work independently and multitask.
Willingness to travel as needed.
