Call Center / Customer Service Phone Banking / Loan Sales / Loan Officer (HKD $13,000 - HKD $21,000)
Responsibility:
Inbound Call Team (WITHOUT Sales Target):
- Handle in-bound call to provide banking services
- Resolving customers' problems and complaints promptly
- No selling target but good service is a must
- Might need to work on SHIFT
- Working in Call Centre (working in BRANCHES for experienced candidates)
- Expecting to provide administrative support upon requests
Outbound Call Team (if you are looking for attractive commissions)
- Introduce bank's products to new and existing customers by phone, (Loans, credit cards, & saving plans etc)
- Cold call, Warm call, & follow-up existing application
- Resolving customers' problems and complaints promptly
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Working in Call Centre (working in BRANCHES for experienced candidates), with a fixed working hours
- Expecting to provide administrative support upon requests

Skills and experience required:
- Higher diploma/ associate degree or above
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer selling experience would be beneficial
- Working experience in CS, customer engagement, client care, and customer success is a plus
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Non-banking background will also be considered
