Job Description:

• Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to ensure the safe and efficient operation of building service equipment under their jurisdiction.
• Supervise fault diagnosis and recovery processes during major system breakdowns and service interruptions, initiating contingency plans for serious incidents.
• Recommend improvement works to enhance resident safety and comfort, as well as the operational efficiency of equipment. Prepare budgets for proposed improvements for customer/senior management review.
• Manage major improvement projects from planning and design to final testing and commissioning, ensuring projects meet cost, time, and quality objectives.
• Coordinate the takeover of new development projects and safeguard the interests of the Property Management Division during contractor defect rectification.
• Supervise team subordinates to ensure the effective performance of daily maintenance duties, both preventive and corrective.
• Provide professional guidance to customers on building service installations' design, installation, maintenance, and operation. Address technical inquiries from customers.
• Aid in planning and executing strategies for environmental, sustainability, and health and safety concerns.

Requirements:

• Hold a degree or higher in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A professional qualification in these disciplines is mandatory.
• Possess at least 3 years of supervisory experience managing personnel for maintenance tasks.
• Registered as an Electrical Worker (Grade B).
• Demonstrate initiative, strong communication skills in both Chinese and English, and the ability to work autonomously.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of local government ordinances, regulations, and professional engineering practices.
• Hands-on experience in using computing systems.
