Job Descriptions:

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Senior Management in both business activities and personal matters
• Act as the first contact person and gatekeeper to the Senior Management 
• Handle complex travel arrangements and meeting schedules
• Assist in company events and meetings preparation
• Sort and review incoming mails/ emails/ correspondences
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, to build and maintain positive relationships
• Other ad- hoc admin duties as required

 
Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or formal secretarial training 
• 10 year relevant experience serving Senior Executives/family in sizable companies
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Mature, hold strong interpersonal communication skills, positive, and detail oriented
• Able to adapt to fast-paced and ad-hoc working environment
