Operate SAP Corporate Computer System (CCS) for procurement accounting and project management
Prepare invoice and reporting by SAP system
Monitor project progress and financial account
Perform project programme analysis and reporting
Handle dispute and enquiries related to projects
Provide general office and supporting duties
Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor(s)
Degree in Business Studies / Logistics or Engineering Stream or related subjects
At least 2 years experience in procurement
At least 1 year of working experience in SAP system
Knowledge in Chinese word processing and English word processing
Good at Windows software such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.
Good communication skills
