Qualifications & Experience required

 

For the above technical RSS rank, candidate should have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent.



Appointment will be made on contract term in accordance with the prevailing government’s terms and conditions. For the usual duties of the position, please refer to RSS Management Handbook Appendix 7.4.

We now invite application for the following resident site staff position for Electrical and Mechanical Services Department Agreement No. CE 49/2013 (EM) - District Cooling System (DCS) at Kai Tak Development (KTD) Phase III (Remaining) – Design and Construction. The project commenced in Q1 2019 and the construction is anticipated to be completed in Q1 2026. The works comprise laying of the chilled water distribution pipe and installation of electrical and mechanical equipment that to be carried out within Kai Tak Development Area.
