Responsibilities
Provide application support to user.
Perform analyses on software application functionality and suggest improvements.a
Participate in application implementation projects and handle system configuration.
Identify, analyze and specify business requirements and enhancements.
Assist for the coordination, schedule, test, documentation and implement business solutions.
Qualifications:
Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information System Management, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
2 to 3-year application support related experience, proven experience in HR System (such as SAP HCM / SuccessFactors, Oracle HR modules, Workday, PeopleSoft, etc.) support is preferable.
Good presentation and inter-personal skill, good team player.
Strong passion to develop career in IT industry, willing to learn.
Good command in both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin) and English.
Candidate with less experience will be consider as Associate Application Support.
